3. Affiliate Program

3.1 How It Works

Users can share tools with their unique referral links. When someone clicks your link and completes a qualifying purchase, you may earn a commission based on your tier level.

3.2 Commission Tiers

Commission rates vary based on your affiliate tier. Tiers may be based on performance metrics or other criteria set by Knozy.

3.3 Payouts

Earnings are subject to minimum payout thresholds and verification. Knozy reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent activity, returns, or chargebacks.

3.4 Prohibited Practices

The following activities are prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Self-referrals or purchases through your own affiliate links
• Using misleading or deceptive advertising
• Cookie stuffing or other click fraud techniques
• Incentivizing clicks without disclosure
• Spamming or unsolicited messaging

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features (affiliate links, earnings tracking), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

5. Tool Listings

5.1 How Tools Are Listed

Tools may appear on Knozy through:

• User submission — Submit a tool for review
• Editorial addition — Our team may add notable tools

5.2 Submission Guidelines

By submitting a tool, you represent that:

• The information is accurate and not misleading
• The tool does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You consent to public display of the submitted information

5.3 Removal Requests

Tool owners who wish to have their product removed can contact us at hello@knozy.app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information — Including fake tools or misleading descriptions
• Manipulate rankings — Creating fake accounts to upvote, using bots, or coordinated voting
• Scrape data — Automated collection of data without permission
• Interfere with the Service — Attempting to hack, overload, or disrupt Knozy
• Violate laws — Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass others — Targeting users or staff with abusive behavior
• Spam — Posting repetitive content or promotional material

Violations may result in account suspension, content removal, or permanent ban.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Knozy IP

The Knozy name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Knozy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

7.2 Third-Party Rights

Tool names, logos, and trademarks displayed on Knozy belong to their respective owners. Knozy does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOZY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the Service
• Actions of third parties or other users
• Unauthorized access to your account

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knozy, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
